food & the saff are friendly... easy to travel...

the location is in the middle of everything so it is very easy to travel.the staff is very friendly and helpful especially the reception Syabani. the bellboy also are very helpful in recommending us place to go. i will be back to grand tropic for sure.

The food.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, although the hotel exterior looked promising yet the hotel Was dirty & had "Bed Bugs".

It makes me feel so comfortable,the room is big. It just what i need for a group of friends to be in e same room,.. Room consist of 3 bedroom,2 bathroom,kitchen and hall.its like u're living in a condominium.other than that,staff is friendly =)

The location between two mall

Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good swimming pool.

Breakfast choice was poor for Western clients. 2 bedroom deluxe suite was very tired and dirty. Cupboards, bathrooms and kitchen were all very dirty and really the whole accommodation needs to be upgraded and painted.

Fitness facility is not good

We can cook together with friends there

Staff were alway happy to assist, breakfast was good, room was clean. Location was good walking distance to a good shopping center.

Room needs refereshing, kitchen worn and tired looking.

High price according to the hotel . this hotel should be a2 stars hotel not 4 stars the housekeeping is very poor and the staff not helping . I ask them for the stove which they looked up so stupid they ask money for I using the stove ,

I like the location near to big three shopping mall ggod for family also they have good swimming pool.

Thier furniture are very old also thier towels and beds cover are so bad they need to replace them with new ones. Also when you ask for a Taxi they charge 2000 ind rb for taxi enterance only.

Reception Staff were not friendly. Tricky. They were trying to book me in 3 bedroom suite, when i was alone. I had to ask for the manager to be involved. He did not come but made his staff give me single room after some hassle.

the suites concept with the living room so that all our business discussion can be done in the hotel rooms instead having it outside

the coffee house or restaurant is just too small and the value for money on food is just not there. the food is lousy the single bed need to be refurbished or changed as some of them are not firm anymore. the housekeeping service needed improvement.

The hotel's staff are friendly and helpful. The room are clean,spacious enough to accomodate our group of friends with great view of Jakarta.
